Meghan Wills joined Terry Frank Law in 2021. Her practice is focused on civil litigation, family law, and estate planning. She enjoys helping clients navigate difficult times, whether they are undergoing a divorce, custody and visitation battle, contract dispute, or other civil issue.
Before joining Terry Frank Law, Meghan spent over six years working at a Virginia Beach law firm, where she practiced family law and estate planning. Meghan is experienced in all areas of family law, including contested and uncontested divorces, drafting marital agreements, equitable distribution, custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, property settlement agreements, retirement division, and adoption. Meghan also has experience in estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced medical directives. In addition to her private practice, Meghan has provided significant pro bono work on behalf of domestic violence survivors.
